During her time at Accenture, Roja worked as an Application Development Senior Analyst and Application Development Analyst. Her expertise in Oracle BRM Development, Oracle PDC, ECE, and OCOMC allowed her to work on the creation of products, deals with GLIDs and Provisioning Tags, Offer profiles, Services, Events, and Discount Offerings in PDC. She also worked on OCOMC NPL node creations and code changes and was involved in working with end-to-end flow with Siebel, AIA, BRM, OSM (BSS and OSS). Roja has hands-on experience working with BRM-based GUI tools like Customer Centre, Developer Centre, Pricing Centre, and Billing Care. She has also worked in Agile delivery methodology.
